We made it!!! Thanking the Lord for safety as our trip was pretty interesting.
Among other things, we encountered a semi on fire on the opposite highway. Thank the Lord no people seem to have been hurt. We also came across another semi with two severely blown out tires.
My idea that I would be able to use this trip as a time to sleep and relax has not at all happened and doesn’t look like there is any hope of it happening! I am very very tired, but there is something about being with your sister that does not encourage early bedtimes. But hey, my sacrifice of sleep for time spent together has been worth it.
Today was spent going to classes for fun and hanging out as a family. Trying my best to relax before the first day of the show tomorrow. The set for the Christmas production sure looks impressive!
All is well and it has been a special time. It has been a blessing to see the Lord at work in His people and meeting them where they are at. How wonderful we don’t have to be at a certain level or a certain place before we can meet with the Lord.
